Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high order volume, promotional campaigns, or holidays, shipments may experience slight delays.

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

Delivery terms are understood to be from 24 working hours after the purchase date. Weekends and holidays are excluded from delivery terms. The estimated delivery date will be confirmed during the purchase process.

For all shipments within the European Union, applicable VAT and taxes are included in the final price.
